Ulysses Rosenzweig, DVM

Dr. Ulysses Rosenzweig Relief veterinarian at Rhinebeck Animal Hospital since 2007, Dr. Ulysses Rosenzweig grew up in New York City and Woodstock. He finds being a veterinarian to be very rewarding and enjoys the different challenges that present themselves on a daily basis.

Dr. Rosenzeig attended New York University and received his Bachelor's Degree in Biology in 1995. He continued his education at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and was awarded his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2002.

Surgery and shelter medicine are among his many professional interests. Dr. Rosenzeig also volunteers with the local SPCA chapter. His animal companions include a cat, Sasquatch, two dogs, Nana and PeteyQ, a chicken named Bob White, a yellow-footed tortoise named Willy and a Boa Constrictor named Tegan. He enjoys skiing, biking, hiking, gardening and carpentry in his spare time, along with the more relaxed pursuits of puttering and hammocking.
