Client Care Representatives
Client care representative Jennifer Steeneck has worked with clients at Rhinebeck Animal Hospital since 1993. She enjoys meeting pets and their owners and is proud of the excellent care the hospital team members provides. Jennifer's animal companions include Elsie, a Newfoundland; Honda, a German Shepherd; Sully, a Golden Retriever, and Brownie, a cat. She also works at a local animal emergency clinic, and so much of her spare time is spent catching up on chores and planning mini-vacations.
Client care representative Nancy joined the Rhinebeck Animal Hospital team in 1999. She loves all of the animals that come in and enjoys the diversity that comes with the job.
Client care representative Luann Cole joined the Rhinebeck Animal Hospital team in 1980. Luann loves being part of a staff that provides high-quality, compassionate care for pets. She enjoys traveling, camping and spending time with her grandchildren when she's not at the hospital.
Gay Isaacs has helped clients at Rhinebeck Animal Hospital since 2002. She started out as a client and, after taking this job, realized there's no other place she'd rather work. She shares her home with six cats, Molly, Luke, Griffin, Chester, Dot and Sunny. Organic vegetable and flower gardening, biking, jogging and traveling are among her many hobbies.
Rachael Sibley has been caring for animals professionally since 2008, and joined Rhinebeck Animal Hospital in
May, 2010. Rachael's dog, an American Bulldog named Lucy, and her three cats (Sadie, Stella and Ginger) are all rescued animals. She
also has a beta fish named Sushi. Rachael's other interests include baking, hiking, going to concerts and watching movies. She is a
fan of vintage cars and bicycles.
