Veterinary assistant Deana Browe has helped care for pets at Rhinebeck Animal Hospital since 2007. Currently she is attending school to become a licensed veterinary technician. Deana loves learning new things about animal care and looks forward to every new day at work. Deana shares her home with a Chihuahua named Chachi and three cats, Mimi, Leyla and Chloe. When she's not in school or at the hospital, Deana works at a restaurant as a waitress.
Daniel Siegel has been a veterinary assistant at Rhinebeck Animal Hospital since 2008. He enjoys learning new things about pets each day and finds working with animals to be very rewarding. He shares his home with a very loving cat named Tubby, and also enjoys riding horses and rough-housing with his dog, Duncan. Daniel is a sports fan and in his spare time, he plays basketball, baseball, football and soccer. He's also a hardcore fan of the Mets.
Veterinary assistant Annie Tompkins joined the staff at Rhinebeck Animal Hospital in July, 2010. She is new to the animal care profession, but has a longstanding love for animals. She considers her work at the animal hospital an excellent learning experience and appreciates the opportunity to meet new people (and new animals) every day. Annie is a full-time student at the State University of New York at Ulster. She lives with two cats: 7-year-old Luna, and 2-year-old Chance. She also has three mice named Cheese, Snow and Spanky and a beta fish named Starvin Marvin who is two years old.
Shawn C. Dahlin has been a veterinary assistant at Rhinebeck Animal Hospital since July, 2010. He says the hospital staff and the veterinarians not only love their jobs, but also care deeply about the animals in their care--"to keep them purring and their tails wagging." Shawn lives with a Cocker Spaniel named Buddy and a young Beagle named Daisy. His hobbies include recreational fishing and swimming.
Veterinary Assistant Devon L. Eng has been with Rhinebeck Animal Hospital since October of 2010.

At home he has a cat named Friskee. During his free time, Devon enjoys singing and playing guitar as well as playing basketball, reading, writing, and watching movies.
